You have 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise Your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, only the price of the product (s) purchased will be reimbursed. The return costs remain at Your expense.
Any refund, if any, will be made to the payment method used during the purchase.
Product returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing their remarketing in new condition, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice.
The postage of a return must be made by the customer, we recommend that you send your package with a tracking and delivered against signature.
You are responsible for any loss of your package before it arrives in our warehouses.
If you want to make a return because you believe your product is defective, after customer service confirmation via photos, you will get a full refund.
