Our products are sent in bubble envelopes or overprotected cartons for optimal protection of these during transport. For any questions regarding the delivery of our products please contact us
Delivery is made to the address you gave us when ordering. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier you have chosen. The delivery time is indicated in working days, from our premises or those of our supplier, for delivery to the United States or Europe. The starting order is given after full payment of the amount of your order. This deadline is communicated for information only. In any event, in the event of a shipment delay of more than 21 days, you have the option of canceling your order within 60 working days.
The delivery time can sometimes be more than 3 weeks in very rare cases, this results from failures of carriers during the routing between countries, we are in no way responsible for delays in delivery whose fault lies with the carriers.
If the package is returned to us as a result of an error or negligence on your part (address error, no name on the mailbox, the fact that you did not pick up the package at the post office) , ...), the cost of returning the products will be at your expense. We would like to point out that said costs must be paid prior to reshipment.

In this case, we exchange the product. The product must be returned complete and in its original condition. Return costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of the supporting document.
